I need a consultant who has worked with global security operation teams.
Mainly for policy development, technology requirements, documentation and roll-out around patch management and incident response handling. They need to be willing to travel internationally. This person can be based anywhere in the United States. Texas preferred but not a must.?

Direct consulting activities for the configuration of security systems, deploying new security technologies, designing security architectures and performing security assessments. Evaluate security efforts to identify risks and develop strategies.. Confer with clients to plan data security for new or modified software. Review plans to ensure compatibility of planned security measures with client's existing systems. Manage development of complex firewalls and virtual private networks, intrusion detection and prevention systems, network routing and switching, web application architecture and design, and layered security approaches. Ensure compliance with standards that surround enterprise data assets (e.g. Sarbanes-Oxley Act, HIPPA ,GLBA and SAS 70).

Requirements: Must be CISSP certified and posses MS in information management systems or related field or the equivalent (i.e.bachelor?s degree and 5 yrs progressively responsible exp) and 3 yrs exp in design and development of advanced information security systems.
