The wisdom of tea, part 4.
(part 3)

Mango Ceylon, today:

Tea is contentment.
Contentment is
love of content.
Drinking tea,
desires diminish and
I come to see the ancient
secret of happiness.
Wanting what
I already have.

Ah, how very Buddhist: craving and attachment are the root of all suffering.

Good job

Good job I drink about 5 to 6 mugs of tea per day. Hot of course (none of this uncivilized stuff with ice floating around in it!)

Tea is also a good source of antioxidants. Apparently it also reduces the risk of Alzheimer's too, according to some recent research.
