I have lists of cool apps I want (and will be willing to test anything). I also want to finally learn how to program.

Are you willing to take stupid questions?

Certainly. But I'm still an hour from having the SDK fully downloaded, so I'm not going to be terribly helpful so far.

But ask, and when I find an answer, I'll let you know. :)

Well? Did it work?

So? Did you get "Hello, World!" working?

And how do you like Interface Builder & XCode?

Re: Well? Did it work?

Not really, because I forgot I couldn't get 2.0 on the phone until today. By the time I downloaded and installed everything, I mostly just had time to read the first 5 chapters of the documentation, build the samples, play with the simulator, etc.

But I did get the samples running on the sim, which is very cool. I'm living on the edge, and downloading 2.0 right now.

The dev tools look really, really cool so far. Objective C is going to be interesting.
